If you caught this week’s episode of “Basketball Wives” then you saw what I like to call, “the slap heard around the world” as Evelyn’s assistant, Nia, gave Jennifer a hard “wake up” slap across the face. Since the episode aired, Jennifer has announced that she intends on filing a lawsuit against Nia for the physical and emotional damage she caused. After news of Jennifer’s lawsuit hit the internet, the remaining stars of “Basketball Wives” have threatened to not film the reunion special which is set to tape in a few weeks, if Jennifer attends.The other girls feel as if Jennifer is causing too much drama by throwing lawsuits around, and want nothing to do with her or the reunion show if it continues.

However, according to TheYBF.com, the “Basketball Wives” contracts states, “Participant expressly assumes the risk of any physical or emotional injuries participant may suffer as a result of participant’s participation in the project,” which basically means that Jen knew what she was signing up for. Hm, that still doesn’t give Nia the right to slap someone on national television though!
