Queen Bey (don’t hate) made her first appearance post Baby Blue Carter last night in New York City. She stepped out in a smokin’ hot red dress to support her hubby, Jay Z, as he rocked Carnegie Hall for a special benefit concert. It looked like Mama Bey was trying to get back in the swing of things, as she even hit the after party at the 40/40 Club where she was spotted in VIP with her mom and other celeb guests.
