Dr. Dre has done a lot since the start of his rap career. He has launched the successful and popular Beats by Dr. Dre brand headphones. The mogul is ready to take it to the next level with developing a scripted drama for FX.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dr. Dre inked a deal with the cable network and writer Sidney Quashi to releas a drama pilot. A one-hour series that takes place in L.A. and based on the music business and of course crime. The legendary rap star will executive produce the drama.
