However, Nicki Minaj clearly was being playful and stirring up controversy since she isn’t registered to vote. The female MC hasn’t been registered in the past three states she lived in. Barack Obama addressed the controversy during a radio interview.

Minaj finally decided to clear things up, sending President Barck Obama a tweet via Twitter,
