As if we haven’t had enough of “Basketball Wives” already, Shaunie O’Neal is in the process of turning the drink throwing, hair pulling and back stabbing into a movie version. After reaching out to “Jumping The Broom” producer, Tracey Edmonds via twitter last year, Shaunie and Tracey have teamed up to develop a concept to pitch to various studios.

After months of pitching, Fox Searchlight films picked up the idea, and is now in development with “Jumping The Broom” writer Elizabeth Hunter to create script. NecoleBitchie.com reports that the plot will feature a young woman who relocates to Miami after her boyfriend gets drafted in the NBA- based off Shaunie O’Neal and her friends.
