The reality star recently had surgery due to some health issues she was having. Somaya was holding a boob size of 40E. I know, that sounds like a lot of weight to be carry around. She posted this photo for her fans and says she is still bit sore and can’t wait to shopping to buy things that she couldn’t fit into before the surgery.
