Popular clothing company, American Apparel, has teamed up with GLAAD in support of LGBT Pride Month. The campaign is releasing quality tees in support of LGBT and has recruited former “ANTM” contestant Isis King as their leading spokes model. If you remember Isis from her season on “Top Model”, she was the series first transgender model, so her participation in American Apparel campaign makes a huge statement for the LGBT community.

Marsha Brady, creative director for American Apparel, stated, “It’s time for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, to accept each other and thrive in harmony. We hope everyone comes out and joins us.”

Purchasing the t-shirts is actually for a good cause of 15% of all proceeds will benefit GLAAD’s work in the community.
