Mariah Carey Sued For Copyright Infringement Over ”All I Want For Christmas Is You”

We know you MF lying! The queen of Christmas carols Mariah Carey is being sued for copyright infringement. TMZ claims a lawsuit filed by a mane named Andy Stone says he co-wrote and recorded a song called ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ in 1989. He says his song got radio play and appeared on the Billboard charts during the 1993 Christmas season. Mariah’s ddidn’t debut until 1994. Andy claims Mariah’s label never reached out to get permission to use the song title. He is asking for $20 million.
