Ashanti Says A Producer Asked Her To Take A Shower With Him To Cover Payment For Music They Recorded Together

Ashanti let loose quite a bit on her current interview with The Breakfast Club on Power 105. She spoke on a situation where a male producer asked her to take a shower with him in exchange of payment for two records they recorded together. Check out the clip below.

“We did two records together. He was like ‘OK, l’m not going to charge you. You’re my homie.”

“Then when it came time to put it on the album, he was like, ‘Let’s take a shower together? I thought he was joking,” she said. “He was like, ‘Nah, l’m dead serious. Let’s go out, let’s take a shower together and then l’ll give you the records. If not, I need 40 racks per record ‘”
