Quando Rondo faces up to 20 years in prison on recent federal drug charges.

Arrested last Saturday (Dec. 9) in Savannah, Georgia, Rondo was charged with conspiracy to possess and distribute narcotics, including methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana.

The indictment of the “ABG” artist included 14 counts that included drug trafficking, illegal possession of firearms and conspiracy to commit robbery. This is in addition to earlier state indictments in Georgia for gang and drug-related activity earlier this year. The FBI arrested Rondo after he crashed the vehicle. According to Billboard, he was the only person arrested and will be charged next week.

In June, Rondo and 18 others were indicted on similar charges, alleging involvement with the Rollin’ 60s street gang and conspiring to distribute marijuana and hydrocodone pills. He was released on $100,000 bail after his arrest.

Legal issues is nothing new for Rondo. He has been involved in several incidents. In 2020, he was involved in a fatal altercation outside an Atlanta nightclub that resulted in the death of rapper King Voni. Rondo claimed that he and his team acted in self-defense that night. In 2022, Rondo was involved in another shooting that killed his friend Lul Pab. A statement from the rap group read: “Quando was involved in a shooting last night [Friday] that resulted in the untimely death of another young man; he was not injured in the shooting and is safe.”
