Apparently, they snagged a marriage license before his epic Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. According to court records obtained by PEOPLE, Usher, the Grammy-winning legend, and his lady Jennifer Goicoechea got their hands on a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada, on Thursday, Feb. 8.
