Judge Ural Glanville from Young Thug’s RICO Trial Officially Recused From Case

Judge Ural Glanville has been recused from Young Thug and YSL’s RICO trial. The recusal followed a motion by Young Thug’s lawyer, Brian Steel, due to concerns over a controversial ex-parte meeting involving Glanville, the prosecution, and a key witness. Although the meeting itself wasn’t deemed inappropriate, the handling of the situation led to a loss of public confidence. The case will be reassigned to a new judge.

Worth noting that in her order, Judge Krause agrees with Glanville that nothing about the ex parte meeting was inappropriate.
