Cardi B Hits the Gym Nine Days After Giving Birth
Cardi B is wasting no time getting back to her fitness routine after welcoming her third child. Just nine days postpartum, the rapper took to Instagram Stories to share her late-night gym session, where she focused on cardio using the stair master. “Since I’m off tonight, I’m doing a late-night gym session,” she shared with her followers, explaining that she’s avoiding heavy lifting for now, but will soon start weight training with her personal trainer.
Cardi emphasized that, unlike her first two pregnancies, she’s already feeling strong enough to be back in the gym, attributing her motivation to getting back in shape and snapping back quickly. In a previous post, she addressed her critics who accused her of relying on surgery for her body transformations. Cardi fired back, stating, “Y’all was making fun of me thinking I was getting extra surgeries… I gained 15lbs ’cause I’m a pregnant hoe… Snap back is gonna be on a thousand.”
In addition to her fitness routine, Cardi has been enjoying some precious family moments. She shared a sweet video of her and Offset introducing their newborn to their older children, Kulture and Wave.
Amid all the personal and fitness updates, Cardi B hinted that she’s nearing the final stretch of completing her next album. Fans are eagerly awaiting more music from her as she balances motherhood, fitness, and her career.
