Chicago rapper G Herbo is facing legal trouble as he has been hit with a lawsuit for failing to pay his law firm. The suit, filed by the New York-based law firm Kleinberg Kaplan Wolff & Cohen, P.C., alleges that the rapper owes the firm $237,000 in unpaid legal fees. The firm claims to have provided Herbo with services related to a number of personal legal matters over a period of time, including a high-profile federal fraud case.

G Herbo, born Herbert Wright III, was involved in a federal case where he and several associates were accused of using stolen identities to make luxury purchases, including private jets, designer puppies, and high-end cars. In that case, Herbo eventually pleaded guilty to wire fraud and aggravated identity theft. Now, his former legal team claims that after assisting him through these legal battles, they have not been properly compensated for their work.

The law firm is seeking to recoup the unpaid fees through this lawsuit, putting further pressure on the rapper who has already been dealing with legal issues. As of now, G Herbo has not publicly responded to the lawsuit.

This lawsuit adds to the list of challenges Herbo has faced in recent years, particularly related to his legal entanglements. It remains to be seen how he will address this latest accusation in court.
