Brittany Renner has shared a life update, revealing that her conversion to Islam has brought profound changes. In a video posted on social media this week, Renner announced she has been sober for six months and abstinent for eight months. Radiating happiness, she expressed her love for her faith and described herself as feeling “free.”

“This has been a really beautiful purification process for me of the mind, heart, body, and soul, and an opportunity to meet myself deeper,” Renner told her followers. “What I have discovered is how deserving I have always been and am. Even with wearing the hijab, trusting so much so, that who is meant to see me will see me.”

Fans reacted to her transformation with mixed opinions. While some praised her growth—“As loud as she was during her past, I’m glad the glow and commitment is louder!! Proud,” one user commented—others questioned the need for conversion to achieve sobriety and abstinence.

Despite her current positivity, Renner acknowledged that the journey hasn’t been without challenges. In September, she opened up about struggling financially and navigating uncertainty in her life. “My outer world has completely crumbled,” she admitted. “I have no idea where I’m going to live or how I’m going to provide for my son. But Allah has moved mountains for me, and I trust that this will be no different.”

Renner first hinted at her conversion over the summer, sharing that she had been receiving “signs” and even posted a video of herself cleaning out her wardrobe. Now, she says the transformation has brought her peace, confidence, and a deeper connection to herself and her faith. Fans continue to watch her journey with admiration and curiosity.
