ASAP Rocky Denies Shooting ASAP Relli in Texts Revealed in Court

ASAP Rocky’s assault trial is underway, and new text messages allegedly exchanged between him and ASAP Relli in 2021 were presented in court. The texts appear to show Rocky denying that he shot at Relli during an altercation outside a Hollywood Trader Joe’s.
“I tried to do what?? … Stop making sh*t up Rell,” Rocky reportedly texted after Relli accused him of setting him up. Relli claimed the alleged shooting was captured on surveillance cameras, to which Rocky replied, “Now u trynna extort n***** talkin bout I shot at u n shot u 4 times and all type of nonsense, u a phony and u don’t have the best intentions.”
Rocky also dismissed Relli’s claim that he had once loved him, writing, “Loved me but talk sht bout me, sht on me, let me get cut n I still ain’t cut u off… N***a u been a opp, u don’t love me cuz we don’t do business so it iz what it iz.”
In court, Relli testified that the alleged shooting turned his life into a “living hell,” citing death threats and being labeled a “snitch” as reasons his social and professional life has been ruined. The trial continues, with Rocky facing up to 24 years in prison if convicted.
