Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) is facing a serious legal battle after being hit with a sexual harassment and assault lawsuit, filed by Arns Davis Law and Brandon Banks Law. The lawsuit represents two anonymous women—referred to as Jane Doe and Jane Roe—who accuse multiple employees and executives of sexual misconduct, along with breach of contract.

According to the court documents, Jane Doe, who began working at TDE in 2019, alleges that Chief Marketing Officer Brandon Tiffith made unwanted sexual advances and sexually battered her. She also claims that TDE’s president, Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith Jr., engaged in ongoing sexual harassment. In addition, Jane Doe accuses TDE of failing to honor a contract regarding payment for her professional services.

Jane Roe, the second accuser, alleges that multiple TDE employees sexually harassed and assaulted her while she was on the company’s property. She specifically names David Harrell, accusing him of spiking her drink with alcohol when she was underage, with the intent to exploit and assault her. The lawsuit claims that higher-ups at TDE ignored these incidents when they became aware of them, leading to allegations of a toxic and complacent environment within the label.

Attorney Shounak S. Dharap, representing the plaintiffs, stated, “These allegations are a glaring example of the systemic abuse and exploitation that persists in the entertainment industry.” He emphasized that the women are filing the lawsuit to hold TDE accountable and seek justice for the harm they endured.

The plaintiffs are seeking a jury trial, damages for emotional distress, economic harm, and violations of their rights under California law, along with punitive damages for TDE. The case is currently pending in Los Angeles Superior Court. As of now, TDE has not publicly responded to the allegations.
