Cali Cops Body Crazy Man Trying To Curve Unarmed Motorist With Knife

A wild scene unfolded in California as police shot and killed a knife-wielding suspect, Zachary Wolffscott, after a high-speed chase that ended in a crash with a motorcyclist.

Newly released body cam and dash cam videos captured the intense incident on November 5th. The pursuit reached speeds of 122 miles per hour before Wolffscott crashed into the motorcyclist, leaving debris scattered on the highway.

When officers arrived, they found the motorcyclist unconscious, and Wolffscott, armed with a knife, ignored commands.

After being shot, Wolffscott rose again, prompting officers to use lethal force to protect the injured motorcyclist. Sacramento D.A. Thien Ho is investigating the shooting.
