Cardi B Claps Back After Kanye West’s Insults Calling Her Used and Over

Kanye West stirred up controversy this week with a savage Twitter rant, targeting numerous celebrities—including Cardi B. His remarks were some of his harshest yet, as he went after peers with personal insults and unfiltered jabs. Among the many names he targeted, Cardi B stood out, despite the two having little public history together.

In his tweets, West boldly declared that Cardi B’s career was already on the decline, saying, “Where Cardi B gonna be 10 years from now? They used her.” He also claimed she replaced Nicki Minaj only to be overtaken by Megan Thee Stallion. It was a bold statement, considering Cardi’s immense influence and accomplishments in the music industry.

But Cardi wasn’t having it. Responding to West’s attack, she posted a defiant message on social media: “7 years 1 album, still being a topic and still being asked about my music.” She emphasized the strength of her fanbase, adding, “I’m anointed and I have a real fanbase. They come and go but the brim is still here and will stay.”

Despite Kanye’s dismissal, Cardi made it clear that her legacy is far from over—she’s still a major force in the music industry, with her influence and loyal fanbase continuing to thrive.
