Chris Gotti Reveals New Details on Brother Irv Gotti’s Death

In a recent interview with 2 Way Tonight, Chris Gotti, co-founder of Murder Inc., shared more details surrounding the tragic death of his brother, Irv Gotti, at the age of 54. Chris revealed that Irv had been battling health issues for years, with a particularly difficult period in recent times.
According to Chris, Irv had been diagnosed with diabetes in his 40s, though he didn’t initially seek medical attention. “He didn’t go to the doctor, that’s why he was late being diagnosed,” Chris explained. It wasn’t until Irv finally went for a check-up that he learned of his condition.
Tragically, Irv’s health deteriorated quickly after that. Chris recounted the day of his death, explaining that Irv’s second stroke of the year—exacerbated by his diabetes—ultimately led to his passing. “He ate a bunch of Chinese food while playing poker and had a massive hemorrhagic stroke, which is bleeding in the brain.”
Chris emphasized that Irv passed away on his own terms, despite his health struggles. Fans and family continue to mourn the loss of the legendary music mogul.
