Day 26 Member Brian Andrews Arrested On Felony Robbery Warrant During Traffic Stop In Texas

On March 29, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the 15700 block of Cutten Road. The driver, later identified as Brian Andrews, a member of the music group Day 26, was found to have outstanding legal issues.
A further investigation revealed that Andrews had an active Felony Warrant for Robbery out of Harris County and a Misdemeanor Warrant for Child Support from Travis County.
“Brian Andrews was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond was set at $12,500.00 out of the 179th District Court,” said Constable Mark Herman.
Andrews’ arrest highlights the ongoing efforts of local law enforcement to address open warrants and ensure justice is upheld.
