Diddy’s Alleged Drug Mule Accepts Plea Deal To Avoid Jail Time

Diddy’s alleged mule, Brendan Paul, got a favorable outcome in his drug case as he won’t be serving any jail time.

Brendan’s lawyer, Brian Bieber, stated that Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to join a diversion program, which will result in the case being entirely dismissed upon completion.

A representative from the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office confirmed, explaining that this offer is standard for a non-violent defendant with no prior offenses, particularly since Brendan was arrested for possession rather than trafficking.

Brendan is now enrolled in a drug diversion program that should last about six months. Although the case and charges remain pending until he completes the program, he will avoid jail time and probation if he successfully finishes it. This outcome is seen as ideal for Brendan, who was facing a felony drug charge in April.
