Eva Marcille and Michael Sterling Finalize Divorce

Eva Marcille and Michael Sterling has finalized their divorce. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, both parties allegedly signed the settlement agreement on August 3.
After less than five years of marriage, Eva filed for divorce from Sterling, citing “irretrievably broken” and that “there are no prospects for a reconciliation.”
The two agreed to waive their right to alimony or spousal support. Eva is also not seeking child support from Michael. The two have a private custody agreement for their children, Michael, 5, and Maverick, 3.
“The parties agree that each has ample income and assets to support the Children in their respective homes”
“Accordingly, the parties agree that neither shall pay direct child support to the other.”
It’s unclear if the agreement includes their daughter, Marley Rae, whom Eva shares with ex-Kevin McCall. However, Marley was given Sterling’s last name when she was 15 months old. In 2018, they petitioned Georgia Family Court to have Sterling officially declared as the father of Marley.
Marcille and Sterling were awarded their own retirement and bank accounts.
