Flo Rida’s child’s mother is open to resolving the lawsuit concerning their son’s traumatic fall from her apartment building in New Jersey, but her terms are substantial.

According to recently acquired legal documents obtained by TMZ, Alexis Adams is seeking a settlement of $40 million in her lawsuit against multiple parties she holds responsible for her son’s fall.

As a reminder, their 6-year-old son, Zohar, suffered a fall from a 5th-story window in March, resulting in severe injuries. Zohar was quickly hospitalized and placed in the ICU, eventually recovering while wearing a full-body cast and relearning how to walk.

Medical professionals deemed it a miraculous survival considering the 50-foot drop.

Alexis has filed a lawsuit against a construction company and a window installation company, among others, alleging their installation of “incorrectly sized guards” on the windows led to Zohar’s fall.

It’s essential to note that Flo Rida is not involved in this legal suit.Although Alexis is requesting $40 million for a settlement, with $20 million from each group of defendants, there is no indication in the legal documents that any of the defendants are inclined to agree to this amount to resolve the case.
