Floyd Mayweather has inked a $402 million real estate deal, acquiring over 60 buildings (more than 1,000 units) in New York City. He plans to use these properties to provide affordable housing for those in need.

Mayweather purchased the buildings from Black Spruce Management, with most of the properties situated in upper Manhattan.
