Hurricane Chris Reignites Feud With 50 Cent, Claims He’s the Better Rapper

Hurricane Chris has stirred up his feud with 50 Cent once again, claiming he’s a better rapper and performer during a recent interview with DJ Vlad. The “A Bay Bay” rapper boldly stated that not only can he out-rap 50 Cent, but he also makes better music today. He dismissed 50’s classic album Get Rich or Die Tryin’, asserting that if they both released new songs now, he would outperform 50.

“If 50 was to make a song right now and I make a song right now, I’mma smash that s**t,” Chris proclaimed. He also emphasized his connection to Shreveport, Louisiana, declaring that if they both performed there, he would dominate the crowd due to his deep local roots.

The tension between the two rappers initially escalated earlier this year when Chris criticized 50 Cent for not featuring local talent at the Humor & Harmony Festival in Shreveport, accusing him of being a “culture vulture.” 50 Cent fired back, calling Hurricane Chris a one-hit wonder, which led to a heated exchange on social media.

Though the feud seemed to die down for a while, Chris’ latest comments suggest the rivalry is far from over. You can watch the full interview on YouTube.
