Insecure stars DomiNque Perry and Sarunas Jackson are going through a legal battle of their own. As you all may recall Keke Palmer and Jackson’s brother, Darius are also going through theirs.

According to PEOPLE, Perry — who played “Tasha” in the Issa Rae-created HBO series — has accused the father of her daughter and former co-star of mental and physical abuse. The petition was reportedly made in California Superior Court on Tuesday (Nov. 28).

Per documents obtained by the outlet, Perry alleged that she “experienced emotional volatility, intimidation, bullying, undeserved stress, mental and physical abuse, controlling and narcissistic behavior, all over the past five plus years from Sarunas and his family.” Perry has also claimed that Jackson has been violent towards her in front of their child.

According to legal documents, Perry claimed that in 2020, the actor, “grabbed me by the throat and started choking me,” causing their daughter to cry. The actress said that it was then that Jackson released her from his grasp and consoled their toddler. “He was so angry that he had blood coming from his mouth where he bit his tongue,” she added.

Although Perry and Sarunas Jackson “were never in a romantic relationship,” the Deadly Dispatch actress claimed that she “was regularly bullied and intimidated. I was always nervous because I felt that I wasn’t ever good enough by the Petitioner and the family.”

He is violent with women,” she alleged.

Jackson has reportedly denied any allegations made against him.

“It is unclear where Respondent’s allegations of emotional volatility and intimidation are coming from,” his declaration reportedly states, according to PEOPLE. “My family and I have always welcomed Respondent with open arms, inviting her to family events and showing her love and support in more ways than one.
