Joe Budden Sued by Neighbor Over Nudity Incident, Door Cam Screenshots Revealed

Joe Budden is now facing legal action from two of his neighbors who claim that the podcast star caused significant disturbances in their building, including an alleged nude encounter and repeated noise disruptions. The complaint, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, reveals that John and Yuliya Aksoy have filed a lawsuit accusing Budden, his co-host Melyssa Ford, and the condo association of engaging in a “campaign of intimidation and retribution.”

The Aksoys say their problems began when they voiced concerns about the noise generated from Budden’s popular podcast, which is recorded in their condo. They also accused Budden and his team of smoking weed in the building’s common areas, leaving ashes on the property, and creating a health hazard for their young daughter. When the Aksoys filed a formal complaint with the condo association, tensions escalated, leading to the alleged incidents.

According to the lawsuit, Budden responded aggressively to their complaints, accusing Yuliya of making racially charged comments towards him. The Aksoys claim that Budden even said he had a recording of the alleged incident, though they say he has yet to provide any proof. In addition, the couple points to an episode of Budden’s podcast on October 19, 2024, where the hosts played loud music and simulated gunshots and sirens for over 8 minutes, further disturbing the Aksoys.

The situation escalated when the Aksoys allege Budden attempted to enter their home while naked on December 4, 2024. Despite Budden publicly downplaying the incident, the Aksoys provided screenshots from a door cam that purportedly shows Budden in the hallway in the nude. This led to a temporary ban from the building, though the Aksoys claim Budden returned just a week later.

In response to the lawsuit, Joe Budden’s attorney, Nima Ameri, dismissed the accusations, calling the case a “money grab attempt” by individuals they believe to be “racist.” The legal battle between Budden and his neighbors continues as tensions remain high in the condo building.
