Judge Allows DMX TO Get Off Of House Arrest After Irv Gotti Speaks On His Behalf

DMX has been granted permission to be off of house arrest for a last minute travel date to Atlanta to tape a show for BET. A judge has allowed the rapper to travel to film BET’s “Tales” after executive producer Irv Gotti put in a good word for him. Even though it all sounds like good news, the judge only granted his release on one condition, he has to take a Gavin Foundation sober living monitor with him and he has to check into rehab upon his return August 25th. Irv told the judge that if DMX missed his appearance it would be “career ending” but lets hope he gets the right access to the kind of drug treatment that he needs before it becomes life ending …
