Juelz Santana Allowed To Film For LHHNY After Judge Grants Bail Modification

Looks like running from police and being indicted for two felony weapon charges while already being a felon will not stop his Love & Hip Hop checks.

It was previously reported that a judge had gave the NY rapper some leniency after granting a motion to modify the condition of his bail back in June after writing a letter requesting to go on tour in order to make money and stop the foreclosure of his home. He was placed on house arrest and ordered to surrender his passport.  The modification released Santana from house arrest in NJ and allowed him to attend the first 5 tour dates before his court hearing but of course it all still comes with conditions.

Juelz, whose real name is LaRon James, has to be accompanied to all performances with his mother since he was released into her custody after posting his $500,000 bail. He is also ordered not to travel by plane only by car and can not travel with the other Dipset members. He must also still wear his ankle monitor, provide the court and law enforcement with his travel itinerary and can not be in the presence of any weapons or illegal drugs.

Well according to theJasmineBrand, Juelz will be able to save his home with the money he makes from reality tv also.

On July 5th, the judge in the case ordered Juelz’ motion to modify the condition of his bail.

The order states Juelz is allowed to attend work obligations for the reality show, Love & Hip Hop New York. The prosecutors signed off on the modification of his bail conditions.
