Kanye West Calls Out The Game for Associating with Canadian Rapper Top5, a Known Drake Affiliate

Things have heated up between longtime collaborators Kanye West and The Game, after Ye publicly called out the Compton rapper for maintaining ties with Canadian rapper Top5 — a known associate of Drake, who Kanye claims threatened his life.

Taking to social media, Kanye posted:

“Why Game who I gave two Maybachs to is showing love to Top 5 who calls threatening to kill me •e welp I guess I’m not gonna be executive producing that album anymore.”

The Game, never one to bite his tongue, fired back with a fiery response on Instagram, clarifying the situation and blasting Kanye for airing out grievances online:

“You asked me did I know Top 5, I said yea.. you said he was threatening you & I asked if you wanted me to reach out to him… out of respect for me, he agreed [to squash it]. I texted you to tell you it was done & you changed your number!”

The rapper continued, accusing Ye of betrayal:

“You got my number but run to Twitter like a py… I’m the only na that held you down through all this sht & you wanna throw that loyalty away with a tweet. F*** you!”*

The Game also dismissed Kanye’s past gift of two Maybachs, saying he never asked for them:

“Come get ’em yourself. I ain’t never asked yo weird a* for nothing.”*

This clash marks another dramatic fallout in Ye’s increasingly turbulent relationships in the industry, further straining connections once considered unbreakable. As of now, neither artist has walked back their statements — and the executive production of The Game’s upcoming album appears to be off the table.
