Real Housewives of Potomac star Karen Huger is two months into her 12-month sentence for a DUI conviction — and unfortunately, she just hit a major legal roadblock.

With the judge’s denial, Karen will be required to serve the remainder of her sentence in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility — unless future circumstances change.

There is a silver lining, however: court records indicate that Karen could be released as early as November due to good conduct credits she’s been accumulating during her time behind bars.
