Kirk Franklin Opens Up About Son Kerrion Being Bisexual

Kirk Franklin joined Cam Newton on Funky Friday last week and opened up about how he was able to deal with his son Kerrion coming out as bisexual. Kerrion came out in 2022 during an episode of Zeus’ Bad Boys Club. His cast mates were interrogated him about his sexual preference, to which he revealed that he was polyamorous and identified as bisexual.

“I’ve had conversations with Kerrion since he was a little boy,” he said. “I know my son. And my conversations with him have always been a consistent one. I love you and my love for you is not based on who you love. I love you. And that is my answer. That’s my answer as a Christian father who believes in the text. I love you and my love for you does not waver based on who you love.”
