LeBron James Responds To Drake Beef Speculation

Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s beef had numerous celebrities reacting to the diss tracks from both artists. Whenever they were seen enjoying a diss track, the fanbase of the rapper would often claim them as a supporter. However, can it be that the person might simply like the song. LeBron James was essentially alienated by Drake’s fanbase for supporting Lamar’s tracks and The Pop Out. Some even suggested that James favored Lamar over Drake.

Joe Budden discussed this on his podcast, intrigued by the so-called “passive-aggressive LeBron-Drake beef.” He noted how Drake congratulated Olympic athletes but not James, implying tension. “I know nobody is paying too much attention to it, but it is a real thing. It’s happening,” Budden said. He speculated that LeBron posing with his wife wearing Kendrick’s merchandise indicated that he saw Drake’s post and reacted. “They’ve been going back and forth since this ‘Not Like Us’ stuff. And it’s interesting to me.”

However, it seems this tension might be resolved. LeBron recently posted a picture of Drake’s Air Force 1 collaboration, which features the phrase “Love you forever,” on his Instagram Story, with an infinity emoji underneath, symbolizing unbreakable ties. Naturally, Drake’s fans on X have labeled him a “team switcher.”
