Made in America Festival, Featuring Lizzo and SZA, Canceled

Philadelphia’s Made in America festival for 2023has been canceled. The organizers made the announcement on Tuesday, claiming the reason was due to “severe circumstances outside of production control.”
Lizzo and SZA were headliners so many are speculating it has something to do with recent lawsuits filed against Lizzo. The line up also included Ice Spice, Lil Yachty, Miguel, Latto, Coi Leray, Doechii, Metro Boomin, and others, with a joint set from veteran rappers Mase and Cam’ron. It was scheduled for Sept. 2-3 at the city’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
