O.J. Simpson’s Estate Sues Son Justin Simpson Over Alleged Unauthorized Occupation of Late Father’s Home

O.J. Simpson’s estate has filed a lawsuit against his son, Justin Simpson, accusing him of moving into O.J.’s home and refusing to leave following the late NFL star’s passing in April 2024.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit was initiated by Malcolm LaVergne, the attorney managing Simpson’s estate. The complaint alleges that Justin began living in the property after his father’s death, asserting ownership through a company called Primary Holdings, which was initially established to shield the home from creditors and safeguard O.J.’s financial interests.

LaVergne claims that although the house was purchased under Primary Holdings, O.J. was solely responsible for making payments on the property. The lawsuit further states that O.J.’s will did not grant Justin ownership of the house and that Justin already owns another home nearby.

Despite repeated requests, Justin allegedly refuses to vacate the property or compensate the estate for O.J.’s contributions, contradicting the late football legend’s wishes as outlined in his will.

As of now, Justin Simpson has not publicly responded to the legal action.
