Rihanna Supports A$AP Rocky at Gun Assault Trial with Their Children

Rihanna attended her husband A$AP Rocky’s ongoing gun assault trial on Wednesday, February 13, with their two children, RZA, 2, and Riot, 9 months. The singer was seen walking into the courthouse alongside her children, both of whom were dressed in formal attire. Security personnel held umbrellas over the family to shield them from the rain as they made their way into the building.

The trial, which is in its third week, revolves around charges that Rocky allegedly shot at his former friend A$AP Relli (Terell Ephron) during a confrontation in 2021. Relli was reportedly grazed by a bullet, and Rocky faces felony assault charges. The rapper has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he could face up to eight years in prison.

On Tuesday, February 11, A$AP Rocky declined to testify in court, a decision his lawyer, Joe Tacopina, said the rapper was confident in. Despite the ongoing trial, Rocky has kept a low profile, only recently speaking out to congratulate Kendrick Lamar on his Grammy wins.

Rihanna, who also attended the trial’s third day in January, has continued to support her husband throughout the proceedings. The trial is expected to continue into the coming weeks.
