Soulja Boy Goes OFF After Catching Backlash For Performing At The Crypto Ball Celebration

Soulja Boy addressed backlash over his decision to perform at the Crypto Ball alongside Snoop Dogg and Rick Ross, praising Donald Trump for paying him “top dollar.” During a social media rant, the rapper flaunted cash and criticized past leaders, saying, “Obama ain’t never put no money in my fking pockets. Kamala ain’t never put no money in my fking pockets. Trump put money in my pockets.”
Soulja also defended his fellow performers, clarifying that Trump wasn’t present at the event, which he claimed was focused on cryptocurrency rather than politics. Despite standing by his decision, he admitted feeling partially misled about the nature of the event, saying, “Halfway, I was like, ‘Man, fk this na Trump,’ but halfway, I was like, ‘N**a, the president.’”
Fans have expressed disappointment in the rapper’s involvement, questioning the alignment of hip-hop figures with the controversial former president. Despite criticism, Soulja affirmed, “I’ll go again.”
