Stevie J Responds To Chopper’s Claims Of Affair With Eve While They Were Together

Stevie J is firing back at Chopper, a former Making the Band 2 cast member, after the latter resurfaced a decades-old allegation involving the Grammy-winning producer’s ex-girlfriend—widely presumed to be rapper Eve.

In a recent interview, Chopper alluded to an alleged sexual encounter with Stevie’s then-partner during a 2003 trip to Puerto Rico. Without naming names, he referenced Eve’s 2001 hit single Let Me Blow Ya Mind, leading fans and followers to connect the dots and ignite social media speculation.

Stevie J wasted no time in dismissing the accusation. Speaking to TMZ, the producer delivered a scathing response: “Whatever drug you on, Chopper, increase that dose and overdose. Handle that.” He continued to laugh off the claim, questioning Chopper’s credibility and branding him “dirty.”

According to Chopper, the revelation wasn’t born from revenge, but a need to reclaim his respect. He cited Stevie J’s recent commentary on the infamous “cheesecake walk”—a moment from Making the Band 2 that still lives on in meme culture—as the spark that provoked his response. “If you disrespect Chopper City, I’mma come by mine. Period,” he stated. “I already got even… without even knowing I got even.”

While Chopper refrained from outright naming Eve, the timeline of Stevie J and Eve’s early 2000s relationship has led many to assume she was the unnamed woman in question. Eve has not responded publicly to the claim.

Stevie J, however, remains unbothered, labeling the story as “fiction” and accusing Chopper of clout-chasing by digging up unverifiable tales from the past. “You reaching,” he added in a follow-up comment.

The back-and-forth has rekindled drama from one of reality TV’s most iconic eras, shining a light on how old wounds and unresolved feuds still echo through hip-hop culture. While the truth behind the claim remains murky, one thing is clear—reality TV’s legacy, and the egos it exposed, are far from forgotten.
