The people behind Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Dummy Vapes brand are firing shots at rival company Fume, alleging some shady tactics in the world of colorful vaping businesses.

In court documents, Dummy Vapes is calling out Fume for what they claim are underhanded maneuvers.

They state that they entered into a “celebrity collaboration” with Tekashi in February 2023, where he exclusively endorsed their vaping products.

Everything seemed fine until June when Dummy Vapes got wind that Fume, a competing company, had approached Tekashi, waving a tempting $1 million offer as bait. Tekashi, however, wasn’t lured in.

Instead, Fume apparently set its sights on Tekashi’s girlfriend, Yailin la Mas Viral, with a $250,000 contract.

By July 2023, Tekashi had entered into a merchandising deal with Fume, including a controversial “Shaka Laka” collab with Kodak Black and Yailin. Fume even dropped 14 different vape flavors, some of which were named “Dummy Vapes by Fume.”

Dummy Vapes says things reached a tipping point when they shelled out $60,000 for Tekashi to promote their brand at an industry event in Las Vegas, only to have him back out “due to directives from Fume.

“Now, Dummy Vapes is taking legal action, suing Fume for allegedly interfering with their partnership with Tekashi and seeking unspecified damages.
