Terry Crews recently opened up about a deeply personal tragedy, revealing that he and his wife, Rebecca King-Crews, have experienced the heartbreaking loss of three miscarriages. During an interview at America’s Got Talent Semi-Finals, Crews shared how a drone light show depicting the loss of a child resonated with him. “We know what it’s like to lose a child,” Crews said, emphasizing the significance of the performance. He spoke of how they processed their grief, calling the dedication “meaningful and special.”

Crews highlighted the emotional toll such experiences take, noting that the miscarriages were difficult but the couple found ways to support each other through the pain. Reflecting on their life together, he added, “It’s one of those things that are so meaningful.” The couple, who married in 1989, have five children, ranging from 19 to 37 years old.

Beyond the miscarriages, Crews and Rebecca have had a strong bond that has endured public challenges, including scrutiny about Rebecca’s racial background. Crews defended her during an interview with Shannon Sharpe, explaining that Rebecca is of mixed race and acknowledging how she handled those misconceptions with grace. “She’s Black, yes, Black momma, White daddy, and raised like that,” he said, praising her for her calm demeanor when dealing with criticism.

Despite these challenges, the Crews family remains resilient, united in love and support for one another.
