On Tuesday night, the two were spotted outside Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. Selena was all over The Weekend and leaned in for kiss. Well, The Weeknd returned the favor a bit better by going in for the kiss. A close source confirmed the two are dating and things are pretty new.
