Trey Songz Being ‘Sued’ For Allegedly Raping 2 Women At House Party In L.A.
Trey Songz is facing a lawsuit from two women who accuse him of sexual assault and battery during a house party back in 2015.
The ladies claim they met Trey at one of his concerts and were invited to his birthday party in August at his Los Angeles home. At the party, they felt unexpectedly intoxicated, suspecting they may have been drugged.
According to the lawsuit, the women woke up naked after passing out in an upstairs bedroom.
They allege that Trey forced himself on them, engaging in nonconsensual sexual acts. One woman states she resisted, but Trey overpowered her.
The other woman describes Trey biting her nipple and engaging in nonconsensual activity. After the alleged incidents, Trey demanded they shower with him, but they refused.
When they tried to leave, Trey wouldn’t return their phones. Eventually, a security guard intervened, giving them access to their phones.
The women claim to have suffered lasting injuries and are seeking damages in their lawsuit. 🚫😡📝
