“We Outside” with Hot 97’s Heavy Hitter “Pretty Lou” for his 4/20 Cancer Benefit Concert/Birthday Bash!
Heavy Hitter Pretty Lou who was diagnosed with cancer, and won his battle, has a concert every year in order to raise money for cancer research. Irving Plaza NYC was the place to be on 4/20.
Performances by B-Love, CJ, Rowdy Rebel, Capella Gray, Dream Doll, and an unforgettable appearance/performance from BX’s own Fat Joe. What a great way to celebrate your birthday! This concert was for anyone who has cancer, may have been impacted by someone battling cancer, or knows someone who has lost their battle to cancer. Pretty Lou wanted to raise awareness, because he recently revealed his mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.
I was so honored to be able to get coverage on this event, that brings awareness on this aggressive disease that impact us all, whether we know it or not! I was so grateful to be in the building!
