A New York woman claimed in a lawsuit filed Thursday that Sean “Diddy” Combs drugged and abused her when she was a college student in 1991.

The woman, Joi Dickerson-Neal, also claimed that Combs recorded the attack and showed it to his friends.

The complaint stems from another lawsuit filed by a former artist on his record label, accusing Combs of sexual abuse. RandB singer Cassandra Ventura, who goes by the name Cassie, said Combs kept her trapped in a cycle of abuse and mistreatment; during their romantic and business relationships. Both lawsuits were filed under the Adult Survivors Act, a New York law that gives victims of sexual abuse one year to file a civil lawsuit, even if the statute of limitations has passed. Thursday is the deadline to file legal cases.

According to the complaint, Combs asked Dickerson-Neal out on a date in 1991 while she was studying psychology at Syracuse University. He took her to a Harlem restaurant where Dickerson-Neal worked as a chicken and waffles waitress, then drove her to a music studio. Dickerson-Neal said in the trial that she believed Combs drugged her during the meal because when she tried to get out of the car, her legs felt like rubber and she couldn’t stand. Combs then took her to a house where he sexually assaulted her, filmed the abuse and showed it to others. Another musician told Dickerson-Neal that everyone had seen the tape.

The alleged abuse must have caused Dickerson-Neal to panic. he says in a lawsuit that forces him to retire and isolate himself. He was diagnosed with clinical depression and dropped out of college.
