The trial for Young Dolph’s murder has officially commenced, with shocking new details emerging about the alleged motives behind the rapper’s death. During opening statements, Shelby County Assistant District Attorney revealed that Yo Gotti’s brother, Big Jook, allegedly orchestrated a six-figure hit on Young Dolph. According to the ADA, Jook, described as “the number two guy at CMG,” offered $100,000 to anyone willing to kill the Memphis rapper.

The prosecution claims that Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith, the two primary suspects in the case, were directly involved. Johnson, who is also an aspiring rapper, was allegedly motivated by the money to invest in his rap career.
