Tyrese Gibson is once again at odds with the judge overseeing his divorce case in Georgia, filing legal documents this week requesting a new judge. The actor, known for his role in the “Fast & Furious” franchise, claims that Judge Kevin Farmer has shown bias against him.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, Tyrese expresses dissatisfaction with the way Judge Farmer is handling the case. He points out that the judge abruptly canceled a scheduled court hearing and demanded a substantial $450,000 bond within a tight 10-day timeframe in connection with an appeal order. According to Tyrese, the judge made this decision without giving him an opportunity to explain the challenges of meeting such a financial demand, particularly due to the Hollywood strikes affecting his work and income this year.

Tyrese had planned to use the canceled hearing to detail the impact of the strikes on his financial situation and why he couldn’t comply with the $450K bond requirement promptly. Feeling unfairly treated, Tyrese alleges that Judge Farmer’s actions are another example of bias against him.

Furthermore, Tyrese claims that the judge expressed his opinion that the child support ordered in the case was appropriate.
