Bill Cosby Being Sued Again; Accused Of Drugging and Raping Woman in ’72

Bill Cosby is facing a lawsuit from one of his accusers, alleging a sexual assault that she says occurred more than 50 years ago.

Donna Motsinger, the accuser, claims that back in 1972, when she worked as a server at the famous Trident restaurant in Sausalito, CA, Cosby took advantage of her.

She met Cosby at the trendy bayside eatery, which was frequented by celebrities.

Motsinger asserts that Cosby would visit the restaurant regularly just to see her and eventually invited her to join him at his show at the Circle Star Theater in San Carlos.

According to the legal documents, Cosby picked her up in a limo for the event and offered her a glass of wine during the ride.

Upon arrival, Motsinger says Cosby took her to a dressing room, where she began to feel unwell.

She claims that Cosby provided her with what she believed was an aspirin.

Motsinger contends that after taking the pill, she started drifting in and out of consciousness.

She states that Cosby’s associates placed her back in the limo with him, and her last recollection is of flashes of light.

In her lawsuit, she alleges that she woke up in her home wearing only her underwear, realizing that she had been drugged and sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby.
