Derek Fisher Pleads No Contest to DUI Charge: Ordered Community Service & Informal Probation

Derek Fisher, retired NBA star and former New York Knicks head coach has entered a no contest plea related to a DUI crash that occurred earlier this summer. He reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .08 and, flipped his car on the 101 Freeway in California just after 3 a.m. in early June. He alongside passenger former Basketball Wives  Gloria Govan, were not harmed. Fisher was arrested on the suspicion of DUI. He was given an informal probation which includes, 10 days of community service, an education class, along with a fine.
