T.I and Tiny Sued For Allegedly Drugging and Sexually Assaulting Girl By Penetrating Her With Rapper’s Big Toe At L.A. Hotel

T.I. and Tiny Harris find themselves in hot water as they face allegations from a woman, identified as Jane Doe, who claims the couple drugged and assaulted her in 2005. The plaintiff, an Air Force enlistee at the time, states in the lawsuit that she met T.I. and Tiny at an L.A. nightclub through a mutual acquaintance named “Caviar.”

According to the lawsuit, after a night of clubbing, the plaintiff, T.I., Tiny, and two other women ended up in a hotel room. Allegedly, Tiny ousted the two other women, claiming one was flirting too much with T.I. The situation escalated in the hotel room, with the plaintiff alleging that she was undressed by Tiny, joined by a naked T.I. in the shower. The plaintiff claims she started feeling lightheaded and dizzy.

Afterward, in the hotel room, the plaintiff alleges she was coerced into engaging in sexual activities against her will. The disturbing details involve T.I. penetrating her with his toe and engaging in non-consensual acts. The plaintiff claims she passed out, waking up the next morning in pain, with security escorting her out while T.I. and Tiny were still asleep.

The woman is suing T.I. and Tiny for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment. The lawsuit is being filed under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which allows the revival of claims within a specific timeframe.

A representative for T.I. and Tiny has dismissed the claims.
